CANCELATIONS/NO SHOWS

We understand that there are times when you must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Please contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via phone, text, or email. If you do not show up for your scheduled visit or cancel fewer than 24hrs prior, you will be charged a seventy five dollar ($75) FEE; your insurance company will not cover this.
